The City of Gunnison has the following vacancies on City and Community Boards. If you are interested in serving the community by serving on one of these Boards, please submit a letter of interest by 5 pm on Thursday, May 3rd to: City of Gunnison, City Clerk, PO Box 239, Gunnison, CO 81230.
City Planning & Zoning Commission: 2 terms, terms will expire in May of 2012. Board member must be a resident of the City of Gunnison for at least one year preceding the time of appointment and be a registered voter of the City of Gunnison.
City Zoning Board of Adjustments and Appeals: 3 terms, 1 term expires in 2014 and 2 terms expire in 2015. Board member must be a resident of the City of Gunnison for at least one year preceding the time of appointment and be a registered voter of the City of Gunnison.
Gunnison Valley Land Preservation Board: 1 full term representative and 1 alternate term. Terms will expire in January of 2016. City representative shoud (but not required) be a resident of the City for at least one year preceding the time of appointment and be a registered voter of the City.
