Parking Information
Notice:
- Vehicles will be towed if left on a city street & not moved for 48 hours. If it snows the vehicle must be moved within 24 hours. This includes all street north of the airport. For auto & pedistrian safety, Please do not drive through snow windrows!
- The City of Gunnison has parking system to help expediate snow removal. During snow removal operations, citizens are asked to park on the even side of the street on even days of the month, and on the odd side of the street during odd days of the month. The City of Gunnison enforces parking regulations year round. A two hour parking restriction exists in the central business district of town for the convenience of downtown shoppers. Store owners and their employees are asked to park outside of the restricted parking area to keep these spaces available.
Parking Enforcement & Towing: If a vehicle is left on a City street and not moved for 48 hours IT WILL BE TOWED!!! If it snows, vehicle MUST BE MOVED within 24 hours!
