| MEMBERSHIP POLICY: Refunds, transfers, or extensions on memberships and punch cards will be permitted with the following reasons only: |
| ** Moving out of town with proof of new address - Pro-rated refund minus a $3.00 processing fee; Check will be mailed to new address |
| ** Illness with proof from doctor - May be placed on hold for up to 3 months; Pro-rated refund minus a $3.00 processing fee; refund to account only - no check refunds |

Please remember to bring a lock for your locker or leave your valuables at home. Locks left overnight on lockers that are not rented will be cut. For extended use of lockers, please rent one. We have key and combination locks available for purchase at the Front Desk - $7.00 each. RENT-A-LOCKER The Community Center is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. |
