The Gunnison Municiapl Court is located upstairs in City Hall, in Council Chambers at 201 W. Virginia Ave. 
The Municipal Court Clerk is available in-person Monday through Friday from 8AM - 5PM on the first floor of City Hall via the north or Virginia Street entrance. You may also call during business hours at 970.641.8170 or Email bev@cityofgunnison-co.gov
Gunnison Municipal Court operates under the leadership of Judge James R. McDonald. Municipal Court clerks Gail Davidson & Beverly Seidel are assisted in the daily job duties by Tracy Meehan.
Municipal, or City Court, meets approximately every other week on Wednesday afternoon at 2PM in the City Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall at 201 W. Virginia Ave. in Gunnison. Arraignments are heard first followed by pre-scheduled trials to the court. Jury trials are scheduled as needed.
