    • The City of Gunnison is testing a voluntary parking system to help expediate snow removal. During snow removal operations, citizens are asked to park on the even side of the street on even days of the month, and on the odd side of the street during odd days of the month. Thank you for your cooperation.

    • Vehicles will be towed if left on a city street & not moved for 48 hours. If it snows the vehicle must be moved within 24 hours. This includes all street north of the airport.
  • [Jan 31] !! X-mas Tree Recycling
    • The City of Gunnison will pick up Christmas Trees from City residents beginning Jan. 9th, 2009. Please remove all lights, ornaments, decorations etc. & place it by your trash cans. County residents may take their tree to the Tree Dump, located on County Rd 51. If the gate is closed, place tree by the side of the gate so the road remains clear. Call Public Works with any questions at 970.641.8020.
