Municipal Court
General Information:
The Gunnison Municipal Court is located upstairs in City Hall, in the City Council Chambers at 201 W. Virginia Ave. Gunnison Municipal Court operates under the leadership of Judge James R. McDonald.

Municipal, or City Court, meets approximately every other week on Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 PM in the City Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall at 201 W. Virginia Ave. in Gunnison. Arraignments are heard first followed by pre-scheduled trials to the court. Jury trials are scheduled as needed.
