Concrete Program
The City of Gunnison promotes safe pedestrian walkways in our community by offering a 50/50 Cost Sharing Concrete program. Citizens wishing to replace deteriorated or install new sidewalks or curb & gutter in the City right-of-way are encouraged to apply. The property owner agrees to pay 50% of the labor & concrete costs, and the City agrees to pay 50% of the labor and concrete costs. The City will be responsible for the removal of the deteriorated concrete and do the final preparation to the subgrade.
Private drives, step out strips, curb cuts, private walks, and decorative treatments are not eligible for funding.
