Notice of City Sales Tax increase per Ballot Inititive 1A: City Sales Tax will increase to 4% effective July 1, 2007

Weeds Notice: By City Ordinance weeds must be kept shorter than 10 inches on all lots within the City Limits. Additionally, the property owner is responsible for maintaining that part of public right of way adjacent to their property. See chapter 5, section 5-3-1(H)(8) of the City Code Book.
Parking Enforcement & Towing: If a vehicle is left on a City street and not moved for 48 hours IT WILL BE TOWED!!! If it snows, vehicle MUST BE MOVED within 24 hours!

City Ditch Water will tentatively be turned on June 1st, weather permitting. Call Public Works at 970.641.8020 with any questions.
Please Note Change: Recycling - The City now only picks up brown glass & have added plastics 1 & 2 to their recycle pickup. Green & clear glass will no longer be picked up.
